Dennis Cooper
In charge of all the data and files of the I.V.S., managing all the henchmen's needs. Think of him as Human Resources. He's been around these parks for a long time, when is his retirement?

Willis Way IV
The head of all chairs in the I.V.S. The CEO of crime if you will. She Oversees and participates in all evil that happens within the confines of the city. Making her one of the most dangerous people in the city of Goonsburg.

Murdoc Crowbird
He runs all the advertisements for the I.V.S. showcasing all the “amazing sins” one can participate in. (Then what I.V.S. insurance plans you can purchase to get yourself out of the trouble you caused.)

Philip Screwdriver
The mayor of Goonsburg. Voted into office granting him this position (see we don't work for the government guys.) He doesn't have a whole lot of respect for the job but hey what does a mayor even do?
